Application: I found this polish on the runny side. I waited a few minutes before applying the next coat to avoid dragging.

Availability: I no longer see this in the core display at Walgreens.
Where to buy: I'd check places like Target, Walmart, Roundy's (Rainbow grocery) and Rite Aid.
Ignore my four leaf clover...I clearly should stick to dots...
